Death is not freedom. I know it doesn’t seem like it, but there are always brighter days ahead. Even though day to day life can seem mundane, do not forget the simple joys. Be excited for tomorrow, for sunrises, for cups of coffee with your favorite cereal. Find peace and comfort in solitude, and in the company of others. Believe in a better future. Believe in road trips, birthdays, going to the grocery store, singing in the car. Find what carries you through the day and things will fall into place. It’s hard, and you’ll feel sad, but that only means you are human and so very alive. Hold onto this, and let it motivate you to constantly embrace life. The world is not so-so. It’s vast, mysterious, and diverse, and there is so much to see.
